Q: What is GoblinWorks?
A: GoblinWorks is a family business that's just getting off the ground. We offer unique products designed for those who, like us, are deeply (or even just lightly!) interested in medieval roleplaying games such as Dungeons and Dragons, D20, World of Warcraft, and Runescape.
A: We offer t-shirts, long sleeved shirts, v-neck shirts, scoop neck shirts, sweatshirts, track suits, golf shirts, hoodies, mugs, pillows, framed prints, posters, calendars, buttons, magnets, stickers, messenger bags, tote bags, bbq aprons, maternity shirts, childrens clothing, infant clothing, bibs... pretty much anything you can wear or could use.
Q: I ordered a product, but it never got here! What's the deal? Can I get a refund?
A: All products are made by CafePress.com when they are ordered and shipped from their location, not our personal residence. Contact customer support at CafePress.com about orders lost in the mail and refunds.
Q: Do you offer direct printing or heat transfer printing?
A: We only offer direct printing when possible because the print won't fade with washing, doesn't feel "stiff" on the shirt, and won't crack or yellow with age. The ink is embedded directly into the fibers of the shirt (or other product), guaranteeing long life and good quality.
